Continue with the same shade, extending it, until just before the centre of the upper lid. Apply the new blue eye shadow No. 289 to the rest of the upper lid, highlighting the inner corner of the eye. Blend the two shades well where they meet. Using the same blue shade, add a second smokey line under the existing purple line, from the inner eye corner, to the centre of the lower lid. Give your eye shadow the desired intensity, by increasing or reducing the amount applied!
Finish with black mascara, applying as many coats as you desire.
